Booking and cancellation policies

BOOKINGS

To formalise the booking, it is necessary to make the full payment of the booking by credit or debit card with the online reservation, your booking will be guaranteed through the sending of a BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

CANCELLATIONS

If the cancellation of the Booking takes place more than 15 days before the check-in date, you can opt for a refund of the full amount (to the same card that was used to make the payment) or by postponing it to another date, depending on availability.

If the cancellation of the Booking takes place more than 7 days before the check-in date, you can opt for a refund of 50% of the payment (to the same card that was used to make the payment).

If the cancellation of the Booking takes place less than 7 days before check-in (including the 7th day), a refund will not be made.

Reasons for cancellation may not be caused by possible bad weather, wherever these are not due to catastrophic factors such as strong rain, cold drops, hurricane winds of more than 100km/h, etc.

Cancellations with a right to a refund will only be considered to include circumstances of force majeure (accident, serious illness or death of a close family member)

RULES TO BEAR IN MIND FOR CUSTOMERS OF THE COMPLEX:

People who are not part of the accommodated party cannot visit or stay.
Pets are not permitted
We ask you to refrain from smoking or lighting candles in the rooms
Enjoy the facilities and we ask you to be as quiet as possible between the hours of 10pm and 8am out of respect for the other guests
Children should not be left without the supervision of their parents at any time, any damage or accident occurring for this reason will be the sole responsibility of the parents and they will not be able to make any claim whatsoever against the establishment.
Babies are considered to be children who travel with their own cot, otherwise they will be charged the corresponding amount for the cot or extra bed.
Rubbish should be taken out daily and placed in the public containers made available for this purpose.

Any damage caused by negligence or breaches of the above-mentioned rules will be grounds for claim and will be guaranteed with your bank card.
